Stayed here for 4 nights and was happy with my decision. The room was really nice, clean, and had everything I needed. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome 😊.

The breakfast was adequate and satisfactory with toast and 3 meals till late, for example, really enjoyed it. Every staff member was pleasant and extremely accommodating. - the hotel's location was great for everything I wanted to do.

The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, TV set, and a microwave oven. Free breakfast offered a variety of options, including 3 meals and juice until late. The hotel's location was perfect for me, with easy access to stores, restaurants, the highway, and tourist destinations downtown.

Nice and convenient hotel with an excellent location in the Waterville area. Close to restaurants, plenty of dining options, stores, and an office supply store. Starbucks nearby for a quick tea or coffee fix.

The location of this place is fantastic, just 2 miles from the local Opera House, and the staff here are friendly and helpful, with lovely views.

We loved our huge room with great amenities, the peaceful surroundings were fantastic, and having a shopping mall and supermarket close by was very convenient.

The room at the hotel was brand-new, a nice size, and included a shower and hair dryers. The hotel's location is comfy and unbeatable, close to restaurants, a tourist destination, stores, and the highway.

We had a very convenient and pleasant stay at Best Western Plus. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. I recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.

It was a totally renovated, very clean hotel with state-of-the-art features including extremely high-speed WiFi. Breakfast (up to $7/person) in their comfortable full-service restaurant was included, and enough to provide a full sit-down breakfast such as bacon/sausage 2 eggs, toast, country potatoes, juice & coffee (gratuity extra). For us it was a chance stop-over for us on a long road trip and we were most favorably surprised.

The infrastructure of the hotel is outdated, with some issues such as separate hot/cold valves in the bathrooms.
